INGREDIENTS

  • Ground beef 1 lb
  • Taco seasoning 1 Pack
  • 8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 12 small flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melt
  • For serving, sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet using parchment paper.

Brown ground beef in a large skillet on medium heat. Drain any excess fat.

Season with taco seasoning and follow the instructions on the packet. Set aside.

Mix the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Mix in the salsa.

Place a generous amount of cream cheese mixture on the tortilla’s center. Spread some ground beef on top, and then add cheese.

Place tortilla on prepared baking sheet.

Spread butter on the top, then sprinkle with some of the remaining cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
